We had a major yard flooding issue due to improper road drainage and hired Greg and his crew to take a look at what could be done. He suggested we install a French drain system to feed the water to the town catch basin. We agreed to a price and timeline, and they went to work, first having to pump the area dry enough to excavate and then arriving with the materials and equipment to do the job. It took two long days of trenching, grading, and installing stone, piping and a surface catch basin. They worked tirelessly and professionally and were meticulous in finish and cleanup. The yard is hopefully ready for winter and the spring melt off. Thanks to the crew for a smooth job. I highly recommend them for your home drainage needs!

In November of 2021 Grimard's Property & Excavation came out to assess a major water issue in my back yard. It was so bad, the water found its way into my basement via the bulkhead. After the visit, Greg did not procrastinate with a suggestion/game plan and estimate. Upon hiring him, he took immediate action and helped resolve my issue. I should add this was not an easy task given the time of year this all took place. I found Grimard's crew to be thorough, maticulous and professional. A year later, the drainage system is working nicely. My lawn and back yard is full of green grass and more importantly, the drainage/pump system is working nicely. I have a dry basement and the excess water feeds a section of grass, flowers, and a couple of shrubs. Couldn't have been more pleased with Grimard Property & Excavation. Greg came out to assess the job and provided a timely estimate & a comprehensive plan. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure to disclose the time frame from project commencement to completion. I found Greg to be immensely knowledgeable & helpful with a thorough understanding of what needs to be done. Once the excavation began the workers, equipment, supplies arrived on time. The workers put in tremendous effort and care, even working some days in extreme heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work began on rebuilding an existing stone retaining wall and building a new retaining stone wall reclaiming stone taken from old landscaping around my property.
